- The board of our foundation does not receive any remuneration for its activities, with the exception of compensation for expenses incurred that directly result from the performance of their duties. If volunteers are deployed, they can also receive an expense compensation according to the applicable standards of the Tax and Customs Administration. Any staff will receive a market-based salary, appropriate to the standards of the non-profit sector and tailored to the job requirements, experience and objectives of the foundation
